Early last year (2023), I contacted Shannon with questions about selling my parents’ house in Princeton; by September, I had contracted her to sell it. She was incredibly helpful and compassionate, as the sale was quite stressful to me. Shannon made me feel like I was her only client at the time, making sure I understood everything and that really helped the sale go smoothly. As she lived closer to Princeton than I do, any work that needed doing to the house she was able to contact people to get it done, and I really appreciated her help.
